In the world of rural tourism it is very hard to show what we offer until you come and enjoy your stay, but in this case we are sure we will not let you down, nor your friends or family. The house as a whole is decorated with great taste and with exceptional quality.
Find the best comfort for 12 people
The house has 12 REAL places, that is, 6 double rooms (3 with a double bed and 3 with a twin-size double, all with latex mattresses, sheets, blankets and double pillows), each with its own full bathroom (towels, hairdryer, gel dispenser) and, very important, enough hot water for all 6 bathrooms. All the rooms are larger than 12 m2; they are not suites, but they are big enough to move around.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a 2-metre table that seats the 12 diners thanks to its 2 benches. Then there is the sitting room, with a 3-seater sofa, 2 wing armchairs, a 3 + 2, two chairs with arms and several other chairs. This room is larger than 30 m2 and has a TV with DVD.
You can see all these rooms, except the bathrooms, on our website www.tiodionisio.com and, besides the photos, in a virtual tour that you can take from your computer (it does not work on all of them), moving around the rooms with the mouse and even zooming in on details. Everything you see is there, and even a little more.
Go to the website and click on the tab at the top that says VIDEOS. There is an area that, for me and for most guests, is the most spectacular in the house. I can tell you in advance that it is the basement, which connects the house with the pool and the patio. It is a 65 m2 room with the original stone-and-mud walls, in which you will find a large country kitchen with all utensils and appliances, also with a dishwasher. The ceiling is wooden with exposed beams. You can enjoy a large fireplace with firewood included in season, a 2.50-metre table, 12 resin armchairs, 2 sofas (3+2 seats) and a 50” TV.
In this room we also have a very pretty toilet so that you do not have to go up to the bedrooms from the patio or the pool. The basement can only be seen in the photos; it does not appear in the virtual tour. In the patio there is an open-air area with the charcoal barbecue and another covered area (an old garage) in case of rain or strong sun.
As for the climate control of the house: in summer, PANASONIC ETHEREA series air conditioning. They are inverter machines whose main feature is a system that dries the air out much less than other models, with a minimal noise level, and that hold the temperature much better. All this makes the level of comfort unbeatable. For winter we have central heating with two independent thermostats, one in the sitting room and the other on the upper floor. You control both the heating in winter and the air conditioning in summer as you please.
I would like to add that on 30 June 2014 we were awarded the Gold Medal, in the category of Country Houses with Charm, given by Radio Turismo of the Cadena COPE. In short, more than 400 m2 of house with luxury decoration, the pool, the patio, the barbecue, the basement, the village and above all the natural setting will make you, your friends or your family spend some unforgettable days that will feel too short.
